Blauel Fritz moved to Mani in the ‘70s and immediately focused on the presentation of the real value in the area’s olive oil. It proceeded to revolutionary steps, starting by filling one by one the bottles with olive oil, introducing thus the standardization and bottling with the truly remarkable support of the villagers. In the middle of the ‘80s, Blauel presented the organic agriculture in the olive cultivation. Nowadays, it is clear that the organic agriculture was worth the effort: 300 farms have applied the organic cultivation the recent years.
The producers are internationally recognized and the products gained high added value, while the increase of the nutrients in the olive trees’ soil assists greatly the treatment of the nature cycle.
