AROSIS is established in 1956, activating in the areas of Kastoria and Prespes. It produces legumes of traditional and mild cultivation in small family-run farms, under the personal care of the cultivators, showing duly respect to the local tradition and the ecosystem.

The company focuses on the production of extremely tasteful products with high nutritional value from the unique terroirs of the cultivation areas. The philosophy of AROSIS centers on the minimum human intervention in the ecosystem and, for that reason, all cultivations require great manual work and constant presence of the farmer during all cultivation phases.
